About The Studio Alderley & Wilmslow Musical Theatre Company

Alderley & Wilmslow Musical Theatre Company (AWMTC) is an adult musical theatre society founded in 1947. We typically stage two major productions each year: a fully staged musical and a themed revue show. We also enjoy putting on smaller one-off events throughout the year, including cabaret nights, Christmas performances and community fundraisers. Our members are all aged 16 and over, and we welcome performers from a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels. Based in Cheshire, we usually perform at venues such as the Evans Theatre in Wilmslow and Heald Green Theatre. Our mission is to create high-quality, inclusive and entertaining musical theatre experiences for both audiences and performers.
