About The Studio Acting Up Community Drama Group
We are a friendly and inclusive drama group based on the border between Morden and Sutton, Surrey. We rehearse at Morden Parish Hall and sessions run on Thursday evenings from 7:00pm - 9:30pm.
We perform at The Cryer Arts in Carshalton twice a year.
We welcome adults aged 18+ from all sectors of the local community and value the contributions they make to our group.
Previously known as Aragon Amateurs the group has continued to grow and develop. Since forming in 2005 we have put on Christmas productions and pantomimes from Scrooge to Sleeping Beauty, with many more in between. Our summer shows have mostly had a cabaret feel, sharing songs, dances, and sketches on a variety of themes.
